Jacob Martin

As a building engineer at AQUILA, Jacob helps keep properties operating efficiently and tenants supported day-to-day. His role includes maintaining building systems, troubleshooting facility issues, and ensuring each property runs smoothly behind the scenes. With a hands-on approach and strong technical background, he plays an important part in delivering reliable service.

Before joining AQUILA, Jacob worked at Tesla as a facilities maintenance technician, where he gained valuable experience managing and maintaining complex facility operations in a fast-paced environment. His attention to detail and problem-solving mindset continue to serve him well in commercial property management.

Jacob lived in Japan for over three years and even brought home a right-hand drive car, which he still owns today.
