Joaquin Perez

As a property coordinator, Joaquin manages daily operations by assisting building tenants, property managers, and visitors. His responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and following up with tenants and vendors.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Joaquin was an office manager at CSA Realty Group where honed his administrative skills.

In his free time, Joaquin pursues his hobby of collecting vinyl records, and his most prized possession in his collection is the album Holy Diver by Dio.
