As a building engineer at AQUILA, Joe plays a key role in maintaining the health and performance of multiple properties. From HVAC and electrical to plumbing and life safety systems, Joe keeps everything running safely and efficiently behind the scenes. With a hands-on mindset and calm problem-solving approach, he ensures that tenants and clients alike can rely on seamless building operations day in and day out.

Joe brings over 15 years of experience in building engineering, much of it spent working in and around Downtown Austin. His deep familiarity with the unique needs of urban commercial properties makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Faith and family are central to Joe’s life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family – whether they’re hiking, heading to the beach, or getting in a workout together.
