Jon Moscoe specializes in office and retail project leasing. As a senior vice president, he focuses on lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation, and site development.
Jon joined AQUILA in 2023 after a 10-year career with Live Oak-Gottesman Real Estate. At Live Oak, he managed a 1 million-square-foot portfolio and completed over 450 transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Jon has managed a diverse portfolio, ranging from Class A institutional product to value-add projects in nearly every submarket in Austin. Jon’s institutional clients have included Clarion Partners, TA Realty, and Lionstone Partners.
Jon is a born and raised Austinite whose career has coincided with the boom of Austin. Jon understands what Austin is and where it is going. He ultimately enjoys playing a part in the city’s bright future!
