Joseph Cheek

As an associate on the industrial team, Joseph Cheek specializes in representing industrial tenants in their real estate needs. He leverages his sales and management background from the oil and gas and transportation industries to assist with market research, site selection, and lease negotiations for industrial properties and clients.

Prior to joining AQUILA as a full-time associate, Joseph gained valuable experience as an intern with the company in 2019. This, combined with his diverse background in outside sales in the oil and gas industry as well as management in the trucking and transportation sector, provides him with a unique perspective on the commercial real estate market. Joseph also brings the discipline and teamwork skills honed during his three-year career in the NFL, where he played on the offensive line for the Saints, Texans, Chiefs, and Steelers.

An avid outdoorsman, Joseph enjoys saltwater fishing and hunting in South Texas in his free time. This passion for exploration extends to his hobby of searching for and collecting arrowheads, reflecting the same enthusiasm he brings to uncovering the best real estate opportunities for his clients.
