Josh Fabian

Josh maintains various properties for AQUILA. This includes maintaining operations of the buildings such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire system, and safety.

Before joining AQUILA, Josh spent nearly a decade with a healthcare company, where he played a key role in transforming the business from a local provider into a multi-state brand serving five states. This experience honed his skills in operations, logistics, and scalable growth – expertise he now applies to managing complex building systems.

When he’s not keeping buildings running smoothly, Josh is often out on the road – he’s run across the state of Texas five times, participating in both solo and relay races.
