Kaitlyn Tatum

Kaitlyn oversees the day-to-day management and operations of various properties, including tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. Kaitlyn’s duties also include addressing issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication, and budget preparation.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Kaitlyn was a residential property manager for several years.
