Kati Schuessel

Kati oversees the day-to-day management and operations of various properties including tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance and contract negotiation. Her duties also include addressing issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Kati was a property assistant at Transwestern.

On the weekends you can find Kati balancing her body, mind, and soul by working out, hanging out on the water, or buying new ingredients for her favorite healthy recipes.
