Kelsey supports AQUILA’s property management team by overseeing the day-to-day operations of a variety of commercial properties. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, contract negotiations, and coordinating maintenance and repair needs. She also plays a key role in tenant communication and event planning, helping create smooth operations and positive experiences for both tenants and property owners.
Before joining AQUILA, Kelsey built her commercial real estate experience with Hines, where she worked in property management. She later expanded her industry knowledge while managing a fractional real estate club in the Colorado mountains, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, operations, and client service.
Outside of work, Kelsey’s adventurous spirit has taken her many places, including a tiny home in Alaska where she participated in a work exchange program. A lifelong learner at heart, she’s always seeking out new e...
