Assistant Operations Manager
Krista brings warmth, energy, and a strong customer service mindset to her role as assistant operations manager. She helps oversee AQUILA’s front desk while supporting the day-to-day operations of Hartland City Club and Clarksville Coworking. Working alongside AQUILA’s operations manager, Krista helps create a welcoming, organized experience for tenants, guests, and the AQUILA team.
Her background spans account management, office operations, executive support, and customer service. Before joining AQUILA, Krista worked as an account manager with Fringe Benefit Group, an office manager and customer service liaison with ReBath of Austin, and an office manager and executive assistant with AEPS Corporation. She also served as a fraud analyst at Apple and developed extensive experience in high-end customer service and management through roles in fine dining and retail.
