Kristin assists with the management functions of various properties for AQUILA. Her duties include tenant relations, work order management, vendor relations, service contracts, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Before joining AQUILA, Kristin spent 13 years working in commercial real estate property management in New York City. After moving to Austin in 2017, she continued her career in commercial property management.
Kristin hits the ground running…literally. Kristin has completed 14 marathons, including the New York City Marathon, the Chicago Marathon, and the Austin Marathon.
