Linda serves as Assistant Property Manger for the PacTrust portfolio – Braker Pointe I & II and 9500 Arboretum. She is in charge of day-to-day tenant work orders and correspondence, accounts payable and receivable, monthly tenant bill backs and various other property management duties. Linda’s career has focused primarily on property management for office properties, but she also has experience managing mixed-use, multifamily and retail properties.

Prior to AQUILA, Linda has worked in property management community and has been active in BOMA Austin (the Austin-based affiliate of the Building Owners and Mangers Association International) throughout her career. Prior to AQUILA, Linda has worked in property management community and has been active in BOMA Austin (the Austin-based affiliate of the Building Owners and Mangers Association International) throughout her career. She served as President in 2011 and as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee from 2003 to 2010. Over her 20-year membership, she headed up many committees, the most important being Chair of the BOMA Southwest Regional Conference in 2010.

Linda has never met a dog she didn’t like, and she loves to play with her (and everyone else’s)pups any chance she gets.
