As an assistant property manager at AQUILA, Liza helps oversee the day-to-day operations of a variety of properties, making sure tenants feel supported and buildings run efficiently. She assists with tenant relations, vendor coordination, lease compliance, and contract negotiations, while also managing maintenance requests, facilitating communication, and preparing budgets.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Liza worked with The Weitzman Group, gaining valuable experience in property operations and client service. Her experience, combined with her knowledge of the Austin market, equips her to handle challenges with a steady hand and a solutions-focused mindset.
