Monique is a customer service rock star – responsive, quick on her feet and ready to tackle whatever challenge may lay ahead.

Monique’s goal is not only to make sure AQUILA’s tenants and clients have their needs met quickly and efficiently, but to make sure that we are exceeding their expectations. As an Administrative Assistant, her duties include tenant relations, work order management, database management, service contracts, financial reports and event planning.

Monique brings years of administrative and customer service experience to the AQUILA team.

Monique is a member of Austin’s Film Society and SXSW board gaming community. Join her for a movie or challenge her at game night anytime!
