Sophia oversees the day-to-day management and operations of various properties including tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. Her duties also include addressing issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication, and event planning.
Sophia came to AQUILA with prior experience in an administrative/office management role.
Her passions include seeing live music locally and out of state, any activity involving water, traveling to new places, and cooking exciting new meals for friends and family.
