Stephen serves as the lead engineer at Cielo Center, where he has spent the past decade keeping one of Austin’s premier office campuses running smoothly. Known for his hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge, he oversees the operation and maintenance of critical building systems, including air handling units, cooling towers, VRF systems, lift stations, and more.
Before joining AQUILA, Stephen worked for Endeavor Real Estate Group and Brandywine Realty Trust. Over the years, he has contributed to a range of building projects across Austin, gaining valuable experience with complex systems and facilities.
