Stephen supports the day-to-day operations across multiple properties, helping ensure everything runs like clockwork. From coordinating with vendors to managing lease compliance, negotiating contracts, and preparing budgets, he keeps a close eye on the details that make a property successful. Whether he’s handling a maintenance request or communicating with tenants, Stephen brings a thoughtful, solution-oriented approach to every interaction.
Before joining AQUILA, Stephen gained hands-on industry experience as a property associate at JLL and as a brokerage intern with Weitzman. These roles gave him a strong foundation in commercial property management and leasing, with exposure to both institutional and retail real estate. Earlier in his career, he honed his customer service and multitasking skills during his four years as a barista at Starbucks.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys playing piano and singing. He was born with perfect pitch and has a lifelong love for music!
