Thomas Matheney

Thomas is a Senior Associate on the tenant representation team, where he focuses on advising tenants and commercial real estate investors through the site selection process.

Thomas is well-versed in all commercial product types, splitting his time between buying and selling properties for owners and users, as well as providing comprehensive tenant representation services.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Thomas honed his skills as a tenant representation broker at Colliers, where he gained seven years of experience representing national companies across the country.

Thomas is an avid consumer of everything Austin has to offer – from live music on the Eastside to biking the Barton Creek greenbelt, he is in constant pursuit of tacos, a fourth person for a round of golf or a surf session on the lake.
