Todd is a Principal as well as the founder and leader of AQUILA’s Project Management team.

He has robust experience leading and managing complex development and construction projects for a wide variety of clients. With a background in both military/government and private sector design and construction project management, Todd brings a broad set of analytical skills and proactive leadership to his projects.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Todd spent four years with The Staubach Company in Austin, managing a diverse scope of projects including: mission-critical facilities/data centers, corporate office TI projects, industrial tenant improvements, ground-up build-to-suit development and owner/occupier facilities solutions.

Before his career in commercial real estate, Todd served for five years on Active Duty as a Captain with the Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Hood, Texas. Upon completion of his military service, Todd joined Faulkner Construction in Austin and built several high-profile projects, including The Nokonah and the Austin City Lofts.

Todd is an avid hunter and sportsman. He thoroughly enjoys spending time with family, friends, colleagues and clients throughout all of wide-open outdoor spaces that Texas has to offer.  Whether that’s fishing down at the Gulf Coast, hunting whitetail deer in the Hill Country, or turning his German Shorthaired Pointer loose on a quail hunt – a day outdoors is a day well-lived.
