Before joining AQUILA, Tripp served as a manager at Ecomaids, where he sharpened his leadership skills and built a strong foundation in customer service and operations. His experience managing teams and solving problems on the fly helps him provide dependable support to both tenants and property managers alike.
Outside the office, Tripp is an avid sports and music fan. He never misses an Ole Miss football game and is always on the lookout for a new album or artist to dive into.
