He is responsible for tenant relations, customer service, supervision of maintenance programs, contract services, lease compliance, and administration of multiple annual budgets. Graham holds a State of Texas Real Estate License as well as a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also volunteers for two committees for the local IREM chapter.
In his free time, Graham is a martial arts master. He fought competitively for 3 years and has been practicing for about 20. He mainly practices Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu, but he has studied about 12 different varieties. Moral of the story: He may look nice; but don’t cross him!
