AQUILA Commercial today announced three leases signed at The Campus at Arboretum, Building 1 in Austin, Texas.

  • Elizabeth Morgan & Associates, LLP leased 3,293 square feet and was represented by Jason Steinberg and Randy Guzinsky of ECR. Elizabeth Morgan & Associates, LLP is a boutique law firm specializing in domestic and international estate planning, trust administration, residency and tax planning and expatriation.
  • Resource Consulting Group leased 2,210 square feet. Resource Consulting Group is a local planning and wealth management firm.
  • Adjacent Technologies renewed and relocated its 2,733 square foot lease within the building. Adjacent Technologies was represented by Doug Jones with Colliers International. Adjacent Technologies is an Enterprise Content Management, Capture, Case Management, and Cloud solution provider and integrator.
