AQUILA Commercial today announced that Bethany Perez has been named partner. Bethany joined AQUILA in 2010 and celebrated her fifth year with the firm last September.

Bethany’s focus lies within AQUILA’s asset services team, providing project leasing services to local and institution clients, including DivcoWest, CIM, PacTrust and Generational Commercial Partners. Her leasing portfolio includes The Campus at Arboretum, 801 Barton Springs, Hartland Plaza, UFCU Plaza, 9500 Arboretum, Braker Point I & II and Park Forest.
Bethany’s can do attitude, work ethic and integrity have earned her an outstanding reputation in the local brokerage community and with her colleagues at AQUILA.

Bethany is also a co-founder of Circle, a local Austin women’s networking group and a member of the Urban Land Institute of Austin (ULI).
