AQUILA Commercial today announced that it has been awarded the property management assignment for Braker Pointe III in Northwest Austin.
Braker Pointe III is a 196,260-sf Class A office building located at 10801 N. Mopac Expy in Austin, Texas. The property is owned by Braker P III, LLC and occupied by National Western Life Insurance Company.
Belinda Holekamp, Senior Property Manager with AQUILA, will manage the property, along with Shannon Harris, Assistant Property Manager.

AQUILA already has the leasing and management assignment for neighboring properties Braker Pointe I & II.
