Austin, TX —

Today AQUILA Commercial, a leading commercial real estate service provider, announced that former Texas Longhorns basketball standout Brad Buckman will join its corporate services team, specializing in tenant representation.

“Brad is driven, has charisma and strong character” says Jay Lamy, Principal and Founding Partner of AQUILA Commercial’s Corporate Services division. “We think he compliments our team well and will be a great addition to the AQUILA platform. We are confident he’ll provide the professionalism and quality service that our clients have come to expect.”

Brad, a Westlake High School graduate and 2002 McDonald’s All-American, played basketball at the University of Texas from 2002 to 2006, leading the team to a Big 12 Championship as well as three trips to the NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament. “As a native Austinite, I am fiercely passionate about our city and excited to be a part of its future growth. AQUILA’s platform will give me the foundation and tools to provide clients strong real estate solutions, and I am eager to help corporate clients find space for their dream projects and business endeavors,” says Buckman.
