AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Prominent Pointe in Austin, Texas.

  • GovOS signed a lease for 16,479 square feet and was represented by Sam Pruitt with Site Selection Group. GovOS provides digital tools for local governments.
  • SPI Advisory extended its 1,156-square-foot lease. SPI Advisory is a Texas-based firm that specializes in the development of acquisitions, investor relations and asset management.
