AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at The Campus at Arboretum in Austin, Texas.

  • Plantronics, Inc. expanded into 2,506 square feet and was represented by Todd Gilifian and Erin Morales of CBRE. Plantronics, Inc is a publicly traded company with headquarters in Santa Cruz, California. The company produces one of the industry’s most complete families of corded and wireless products for unified communications.
  • vAuto renewed its lease for 19,633 square feet and expanded into an additional 14,522 square feet. The tenant was represented by Jerry Frey, Burke Kennedy and Eric Ross with CBRE. vAuto produces software for auto dealerships.

Bethany Perez, Chad Barrett and Bart Matheney with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in both transactions. The Campus at Arboretum is located at 10415 Morado Circle in Austin, Texas.
