AQUILA Commercial today announced two leases signed at Braker Pointe I & II in Austin, Texas.
Tidwell Group signed a lease for 2,572 square feet and was represented by Alecia Burdick and John Scoblick with Savillus Studley. Tidwell Group is a consulting firm with offices in Texas, Alabama and Georgia.
Technologent signed a lease for 1,920 square feet and was represented by Stayton Wright with Transwestern. Based out of Irvine California, Technologent is a leading international provider of enterprise-class technology solutions.
Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Bart Matheney of AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord in the transactions. Braker Pointe I & II are located at 10801 North MoPac Expressway in Austin, Texas.
