AQUILA Commercial today announced two new leases signed at The Campus at Arboretum in Austin, Texas.

  • All Risks has leased 3,626 square feet and was represented by Kelly Woodruff of CBRE. All Risks is the largest national independent wholesale brokerage firm offering comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Presidio Solutions has leased 8,857 square feet and was represented by Keith Zimmerman of Oxford Commercial/Cushman & Wakefield and Mary Catherine Washo and Greg Millwater with Cushman & Wakefield.
