Graham manages a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties, handling the day-to-day operational and financial management.
He is responsible for tenant relations, customer service, supervision of maintenance programs, contract services, lease compliance, administration of multiple annual budgets, and driving business development initiatives for the property management team. Graham holds a State of Texas Real Estate License as well as a Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also volunteers for two committees for the local IREM chapter.
In his free time, Graham is a martial arts master. He fought competitively for three years and has been practicing for over 25 years. He mainly practices Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu, but he has studied many other forms as well.
