Jenniffer Guerra

As a property coordinator, Jenniffer’s duties include tenant relations, work order management, database management, service contracts, financial reports, and event planning.

Prior to joining AQUILA, Jenniffer gained experience from various companies such as Allstate Insurance, Challenger School Foundation, and ABA Connect.

In her free time, Jenniffer enjoys cooking and trying new recipes with her fiancée (and she always makes sure to drop a nibble for her dog Moose).
