Jim manages and oversees construction projects of all types, from infrastructure upgrades and capital improvements to tenant build-outs and specialized facility work. With a strong background in building systems and a focus on MEP and utility coordination, he brings a technical, solutions-oriented approach to every project. Jim represents landlords, tenants, and other clients alike, working closely with all stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and consultants, to ensure each project is executed efficiently and built to last.
With nearly three decades of experience at AQUILA and its predecessor, Pyramid Properties, Jim has seen—and built—it all. He began his career as a building engineer, and that hands-on experience still informs his approach today. His ability to bridge field expertise with strategic project management makes him an invaluable asset on complex, infrastructure-heavy projects.
