As a property coordinator, Lucy’s duties include tenant relations, work order management, database management, service contracts, financial reports, and event planning for various properties.

With over 15 years of customer service experience, Lucy is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is valued as an excellent troubleshooter, creative thinker, and highly organized professional. Prior to joining AQUILA, Lucy gained experience in the multifamily industry.

In her free time, Lucy enjoys exploring hiking trails and catching a wave or two at the beach.
