Floor 10 serves as a large outdoor terrace, floor 18 has outdoor balcony access, and the building is located on the edge of the site’s waterfront park. Cousins Properties is the developer and Endeavor Real Estate Group is the leasing team.
2. 9500 Parmer

9500 Parmer, a two-building project, will provide 79,919 square feet of office space to Northwest Austin’s growing tech market when finished. The project’s location has access to covered parking as well as Trailhead Park and it is in close proximity to many restaurants. Captex Development is the developer with AQUILA commercial as the leasing team.
3. One Uptown

Once delivered, One Uptown will be part of the 66-acre, master-planned community Uptown ATX. One Uptown will deliver 348,000 square feet of office space in 3Q 2023. An additional 341 multifamily units and 15,000 square feet of retail will deliver in 2Q 2024. Brandywine Realty Trust is the developer and CBRE is the leasing company.
4. Highpoint at 2222

Highpoint at 2222, a 1.1 million-square-foot office campus previously owned by 3M, is being fully renovated by Karlin Real Estate. The firm plans to transform the 10-building campus into a top-tier workplace capable of accommodating single or multiple tenants. Currently, the property is 0% preleased. Karlin Real Estate is the developer and CBRE is the leasing team.
