AQUILA Commercial today announced four leases signed at The Terrace in Austin, Texas.

  • AIC Ventures lease renewed and expanded its lease in Building 1. The company now occupies 8,774 square feet. AIC Ventures is a corporate finance firm that is focused on sale leaseback finance solutions for middle-market companies and investors.
  • Arista Networks signed a lease for 6,111 square feet in Building 2 and was represented by Chis Oddo with Tower Commercial and Yogi Chugh with S5 Advisory. Arista Networks delivers software-driven networking solutions for large data center storage and computing environments.
  • McGowan Donnelly & Oberheu signed a lease for 2,722 square feet in Building 2 and was represented by Alex Durham and David Bremer of Colliers International. McGowan Donnelly & Oberheu is a wholesale insurance broker specializing in the placement of professional and management liability risks.
  • Ryan Law Firm, LLP signed a lease for 3,708 square feet in Building 1 and was represented by Mike Kennedy, John Baird and Jeff Henley with Avison Young. Ryan Law Firm, LLP focuses on state and local tax law and has offices is Austin, Houston and Chicago.
