AQUILA Commercial announced SNH Capital Partners signed a lease to expand into an additional 2,846 square feet, bringing its total to 7,383 sf at Chase Tower, located at 221 West 6th Street in Austin, Texas. SNH Capital Partners is a private investment firm.
