AQUILA Commercial today announced three renewals have been signed at The Terrace in Austin, Texas.

  • Cornerstone Home Lending has renewed its lease for 6,303 square feet in Building 1 and was represented by Marshall Clinkscales and Marc Vanderslice with Colliers International in this transaction. Cornerstone Home Lending is a full-service mortgage banker based out of Houston, Texas.
  • Zephyr Environmental has renewed its lease for 18,240 square feet in Building 1 and was represented by Jeff Pace and Case McCoy with HPI in this transaction. Zephyr Environmental is a privately held full-service environmental, health and safety firm based in Austin, Texas.
  • Monarch Natural Gas has renewed its lease for 2,012 square feet in Building 7 and was represented by David Bremer with Austin Office Space in this transaction. Monarch Natural Gas is a private, full-service midstream energy company focused on building and operating assets in the midstream of the oil and gas industries.
