The Campus at Arboretum is a five-building, Class A office park located near the intersection of US 183, Loop 360 and Mopac. The Campus features structured parking and a park-like setting, including picnic areas with wifi, food trucks, horseshoes, barbeque pits, a volleyball court, pickleball court, basketball court and disc golf course. Needle Point Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) technology is integrated into the building’s HVAC system and has been cited as a powerful purification method to maintain healthy air quality and to mitigate harmful substances such as mold, bacteria and viruses.
