These developments will provide the area with modern and amenity-rich options, helping to meet demand from companies looking to locate in the thriving East Austin submarket.

1. Springdale Green

Springdale Green is a two-building, six-story office development expected to supply East Austin with 870,723 square feet of office space. The project will have an outdoor terrace space, a fitness and wellness center, and over 20 acres of ecological landscape. Currently, the project is 0% preleased and is anticipated to be ready for tenants in 1Q 2023. Jay Paul Company is the developer, Newmark is the primary leasing company, and Gensler is the Architect. 

2. Alto

AQUILA is the developer and will oversee the leasing of the project.

3. Inf1nity Views

Inf1nity Views is a two-story, 24,116 square-foot office building expected to deliver in 2Q 2024. The space offers a private tenant balcony and access to the Texas Capitol, Austin Convention Center, and Austin’s historic Sixth Street. The flexible space offers options for both single and multi-tenant floor plans. Stream is handling leasing and Corgan is the lead architect.

 

Conclusion

These three projects will bring over 900,000 square feet of office space to the rapidly changing East Austin neighborhood. Though currently lacking prelease commitments, these projects are likely to attract interest as they near completion, solidifying East Austin’s status as an emerging office hub in Central Texas.
