In early 2019, CCC, a prominent software company in Austin, secured a lease to move its headquarters into a second-generation space at Braker Pointe III. The space needed a complete renovation and redesign to meet CCC’s needs; the current design was dated and the layout wouldn’t work for them.
AQUILA’s project management team had worked with CCC on the build-out of their previous office space, as the landlord’s representative. Because of the success of that project, we were engaged by CCC to represent them directly for this build-out.
AQUILA took CCC through the design process with the architect, Gensler, and used value engineering throughout to help CCC save money on each phase of the project.
Ultimately, the AQUILA Project Management team completely transformed an outdated office suite into a stylish, modern, and inviting headquarters for CCC, an Austin, Texas-based tech company and the project was completed on time and on budget.
