AQUILA Commercial today announced Blake Patterson and Omar Nasser will join the company’s industrial real estate team.

Patterson, whose background in the Austin real estate market goes back nearly two decades, will join AQUILA as a Senior Vice President. He specializes in industrial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining AQUILA, Patterson served two years as a Senior Vice President at Peloton Commercial Real Estate. Previously, he spent eight years as a Vice President at HPI. His background also includes years with CBRE, Primus Real Estate and Insignia Financial Group.
Patterson’s clients include Pool Corp, VanTrust Real Estate, RDO Equipment and MIG Real Estate.
Blake has been named a CoStar Power Broker and an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter multiple times throughout his career. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA).

Nasser, who has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, joins AQUILA as a Vice President. His specialties include industrial leasing and tenant representation.
He joins AQUILA after two years as a Senior Associate with the Peloton Commercial Real Estate team. Prior to Peloton, Nasser worked on the Prologis leasing team in Central Texas where he was successful in facilitating over 200 leases and sales totaling over $300 million in transaction volume.
His clients include TJX Companies, Parts Tree, Evets Global and ATX Fulfillment.
In 2018, Nasser was named an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter and a CoStar Power Broker.

In addition to these two veteran additions, AQUILA hired Will Sikora as an Associate for the industrial platform in October 2018.
Sikora graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2018 and began his real estate career as an intern with AQUILA prior to his graduation.
